Event Access and Virtual Company Wide Pass:
Please be on the lookout for an email with your access information for the Big Red Virtual website where the virtual event will be hosted. This email will be sent a few days before the start of Boot Camp. Once you receive this information, please make sure to whitelist the website and save your login information.
Internet Access: Important: We have no control over the Internet or your connectivity. As an attendee to this event, you understand there are dozens of things that can go wrong that would make the live stream choppy, slow or impossible to watch. We cannot troubleshoot these issues for you since this is often due to a firewall setting on your side, YOUR Internet speed and connectivity, browser issues, etc. If there is a problem on our side, we will notify you and fix it immediately. By purchasing a virtual seat, you understand and agree that we cannot make any GUARANTEES regarding the quality and availability of the live stream and agree that no refunds will be given due to an inability to watch the live stream. HOWEVER, we will do our DARNDEST to make sure it works for you AND we will give you the recording of every main-stage session afterwards – we just know from experience there are too many variables out of our control to guarantee your ability to watch the stream live. Please note this entire event WILL BE VIDEO RECORDED and you will be able to watch the sessions again, on demand.
